Warning: Attempting to circumvent our multi-account detection by using different email addresses, names, or addresses while actually being the same individual will result in permanent ban from the Platform and forfeiture of funds. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password recovery feature rather than creating a new account.
As a regulated gaming platform, 88bett is required to verify the identity of all account holders to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and other illegal activities. You agree to complete the KYC verification process upon request and understand that failure to do so may result in restrictions on your Account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

All deposits and account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed instantly and reflected in your Account Balance immediately. Deposits via other banks may take up to 15 minutes. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are processed instantly. In rare cases where system delays occur, deposits may take up to 2 hours. If your deposit has not been credited after 2 hours, contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.
You may set voluntary deposit limits on your Account as part of our responsible gaming commitment. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for 24 hours but can be decreased immediately. Limits can be configured for daily, weekly, or monthly periods. If you reach your self-imposed limit, you will be prevented from making further deposits until the limit period resets.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours after approval. VIP members receive priority processing, typically within 1-8 hours. First-time withdrawals require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside banking hours will be queued for the next business day.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If you deposited via multiple methods, withdrawals will be processed proportionally. We do not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees, which are outside our control. You are responsible for any third-party fees incurred during withdrawal processing.
In accordance with international AML regulations, you must wager your deposited funds at least once (1x rollover) before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement prevents the Platform from being used for money transmission or laundering. Suspicious patterns such as depositing and immediately withdrawing without gameplay, or making large deposits followed by minimal betting activity, may trigger enhanced review and delay withdrawal processing.
88bett may offer various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. You must opt-in to receive bonuses; they are not automatically applied unless specified otherwise. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino contributes 10-20%, sports betting contributes 50-100% depending on odds. Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward wagering requirements.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other players, betting on opposite outcomes, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other behavior deemed by 88bett to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers unfairly. We reserve the right to forfeit bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected. In serious cases, account termination may result.
All bets are final once placed and confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet before confirmation. While we make every effort to provide accurate odds and information, errors may occur. If a material error is identified (such as incorrect odds display), we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Bets on events that are canceled, postponed, or abandoned will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules.
